By accessing or using The Glowup HQ (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. If we discover an account has been created by someone under 13, we will delete it and any associated data.

The Glowup HQ offers the following paid subscription plans:

• ✦Glow Girl: $6.99 per month, billed monthly
• ✦It Girl: $9.99 per month, billed monthly

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the same amount unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email before renewal.

Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price changes. You may cancel before the new price applies.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry up to three times over 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier.

To cancel, go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You will receive email confirmation. If you have difficulty cancelling, email hello@theglowuphq.com and we will process your cancellation within 2 working days.

To request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription, email hello@theglowuphq.com with the subject line “Refund Request”. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, skincare, or supplement regimen, especially if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are under 18.

Skincare ingredient information is general in nature. Individual reactions vary. Perform a patch test before trying new products. We are not responsible for adverse reactions to products or advice provided on the Platform.

AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your individual circumstances. Never make significant health decisions based solely on AI advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.

Our AI is designed with safety guardrails, particularly for younger users, but no automated system is infallible. If you receive advice that concerns you, please contact us.

All content on The Glowup HQ, including articles, graphics, glow plans, and AI coach conversations, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Glowup HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence also apply and take precedence where applicable.
